Stamped Name Sterling Silver Round Charm and Rectangle Tag Charm with Genuine Sworvski Crystal Birthstone Necklace and choice of chain. It is shown with a Polished Finish on the Round Charm and a Hammered Finish on the Rectangle Charm on a Solid Sterling Silver Cable Chain. Choose from five custom finish options. The Rectangle Tag can also have a Birthstone in front of it. Use the drop down menu if you would like to add Genuine Swarovski Birthstones. Use the drop down menus to add Round and/or Rectangle Tags. *Please note, when you choose a finish, it will be for all the charms.
