Production time is approx. 1 week plus shipping with the exception of our fine silver line which is approx. 2 weeks plus shipping. What We Offer
Sterling Heart Songs Jewelry creates Hand Stamped Jewelry and specializes in custom necklaces, bracelets, and keychains. Most items you see are available in Solid .925 Sterling Silver (not plated), Solid 14K Gold (not plated), 14K Gold Fill, Copper, Brass, & Nickel. We only use the highest quality genuine Swarovski Crystal Birthstones. We also offer five custom finishes to choose from as well as a large selection of solid chains in Sterling Silver, Copper, or Brass. Fine Silver Line
We also offer a .999 Fine Silver line which includes, but is not limited to actual handwriting of your children or a loved one, an actual fingerprint, an actual paw print of your animal, a 3D actual paw print or nose print of your animal, custom artwork, and more. These make lovely keepsake or memorial jewelry pieces.
We use the highest quality PMC (Pure Metal Clay) with the strongest bonding metal available. .999 Fine Silver is almost Pure Silver and it starts out as Metal Clay. We create a stamp of your exact image and stamp it into a Nice Thick Piece of Clay. The clay is then Kiln Fired, not torch fired like many other shops, for the strongest bond. It then turns into .999 Fine Silver Metal. It is Tumbled to make the metal even stronger and Hand Polished. Attention to detail is paid at every step while your piece is being created. The process of creating this piece is spanned out over multiple days.
Our Materials
Only the best materials are used! All of our metal disks are a thick gauge metal mostly consisting of 16, 18 and 20 gauge. The smaller the gauge is, the thicker the piece. Our stamped charms are Solid Metal (not plated) with the exception of the Gold Filled pieces. The birthstones we use are Genuine Swarovski Crystals.
We offer three lines of chains. Our first line is our original Solid Sterling Silver Line (not plated), including a black leather chain with Solid Sterling Silver findings. These are thin enough to be dainty, yet thick enough to not tangle or break easily, ranging from 1.5mm-2mm. Our second line includes our Larger Chunkier Chains ranging from 3mm-3.75mm. These consist of Solid Sterling Silver, Solid Brass, and Solid Copper. Each of these chains has an aged effect, a pattern effect, or both. They are fun and make a bolder statement. The third line is our Gold Filled selection ranging from 1.2-2mm. Black leather chains are also offered with Gold Filled findings and are popular with the men’s jewelry and the oxidized hammered pieces.
Custom Finishes
Hammered is also polished with a hammered effect.
Oxidized Hammered is popular with the men and has an aged, tarnished effect.Brushed gives a satin-brushed matte look. Aged has a tarnished effect. Jewelry Care Please consider purchasing a polishing cloth for your jewelry. Silver will tarnish over time, but copper and brass will tarnish much faster if not taken care of properly. Humidity and moisture are the enemy! Never shower or swim while wearing your jewelry. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool place and away from air in the sealed clear plastic bag we provide. Your jewelry will patina naturally over time, but if you want to keep or bring back the original shine, use a jewelry polishing cloth which is treated to take away tarnish. If you chose an oxidized/aged effect, use your polishing cloth lightly, and only as needed since it will remove the tarnished effect. Select Brass and Copper items are given a hypoallergenic protective coating to preserve the finish, but this coating does eventually wear off. Polish cloths can be purchased in our shop under the Accessories or Shop All tabs.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of these items being personalized, we do not accept returns. Each item is stamped with the exact spelling, capitalization, and punctuation provided by the customer. We are not responsible for spelling, capitalization, or punctuation errors made by the customer, however, we will try to contact you if we see something that appears unusual. We will gladly replace your item is we spell something different than what was provided. Each item is hand stamped and therefore may have varying depth and alignment. These variations should not be looked at as mistakes, but as part of what makes each piece special and unique.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
